Alignment being thinking, believing, speaking, acting and achieving in alignment you’re your desires. Our products and services are curated with the desire to help you feel empowered

Our expansion of the services are inspired by love – everything is grounded in love.

At The School of Self Love we do the necessary work of guiding people towards personal mastery while giving them room to discover and enjoy their delicious individuality. We want people to believe that they can live beautiful lives and that purpose and self-mastery doesn’t have to be a hard, boring discipline – it can be challenging and hugely rewarding.

Our purpose of existing is to to teach simple self-love as a tool for alignment. Alignment being who you naturally are before the world starts confusing and breaking you.

I believe that living as your best expressed and celebrated self, is a lifelong commitment to healing trauma and addictions.

I can’t package growth. I can’t package healing. What I have packaged are services and products that help you with perspective, introspection, inspiration and support that draws you to go inward and discover your own answers and healing. I use methods I used to become aware and resolve my stories, experiences and drama – it’s not easy unpacking patterns of self-loathing, self-abuse, neglect and unworthiness – but when you stay the course and do the work – you create a unique personal fairy-tale of the gifts self – love can bring

I don’t know what your your completion, peace and alignment will look like. That is all utterly up to you.  My assignment is to help you simplify and action self-love.
